No, we're not going to help you find that special someone, this Valentine's matchmaking is for your palate.  In our version of 'speed dating' your plate will be filled with cupcakes, chocolates and other surprises, and your glasses will be filled with Kluge Sparkling Rose, Kluge Cru and Barboursville Octagon, three Virginia wines worthy of this special occasion.

There are only 20 seats available for this event. To register, please telephone the shop at (703) 494-1622. Be ready with your credit card information and the name of each person in your party. The fee is $$10 per person. Fees are payable at the time of registration and are nonrefundable.

Kick Off Mardi Gras with your Cajun Cousins at Breaux Vineyards! Samedi Gras is a slightly early Saturday Mardi Gras. Celebrate with wine tastings, King Cakes from Louisiana and Cajun fare. Enjoy the live festive Cajun music from 12:30 - 4:30 and 'laissez les bons temp rouler'! Admission is $$15.00 per person and guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance which include King Cake sample while supplies last, souvenir glass, wine tasting, beads and entertainment. We know Mardi Gras...after all we are Cajuns! Kids are $$5.

Dress in Mardi Gras attire (Purple, Gold, Green, Masks etc) and you could win a prize for having the true Mardi Gras spirit! This event will warm you up for Fat Tuesday!

From 6:30 - 8:30 on those wintery Friday nights, we invite you to join us for cozy evenings at the winery.

$$15 will get you piping hot chili, with all the fixin's of course, and a glass of your favorite of our classic wines.

There will be fires in the fireplaces, more wine for sale if you like and plenty of ambiance! Bring your favorite friends and settle into one of our rooms. There are fun books and great games everywhere - there's just no better way to forget the work week you've left behind and get the weekend started!!

We cannot tell a lie, we love cherry pie! Come eat a slice of cherry pie at BOW this weekend to celebrate our Founding Father's Birthday! Slices will be $$5 each and a portion of the proceeds will go to Fisher House, an organization that provides support to members of the United States Armed Forces and their family members during stressful times. Breaux Vineyard's Annual Chocolate & Cabernet Weekend unites two enticing elements that are often savored alone. Pair the two and it is nothing short of bliss.

Tastings and pairings will run every hour, on the hour from 12pm to 5pm and are held in our barrel room. Bruce and Silvia Miller, Breaux Vineyards own expert wine educators, will educate your palate and walk you through the tasting of various Cabernets paired with fine imported organic chocolate and handmade truffles.

Private chocolate and Cabernet pairings are available for those who may be hoping to pop that big question or simply enjoy some time alone with great red wine and fabulous chocolate as an early Valentine treat.
